Behind the counter, craft drinks from scratch using ingredients with sweet, bitter, spicy, or relaxing qualities. Follow menu requests or interpret vague hints, then choose the glass size, ice, decorations, and garnish to suit each guest. Well-matched drinks earn bigger tips, while experimentation can reveal hidden recipes for your menu.

When the evening ends, head home to unwind and prepare for another shift with activities such as growing mint and cutting lemons. Visit shops to replenish supplies and upgrade your setup, then return to a relaxed bartending routine with no timers and plenty of room for creativity.
