Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Anysourcecode.com (“Anysourcecode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the purchase, sale, download, licensing, and use of digital products and services made available through the marketplace.

By creating an account, purchasing, selling, downloading, or otherwise using Anysourcecode, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the marketplace.

About Anysourcecode

Anysourcecode is an online marketplace for digital products and software-related resources, including source code, game templates, scripts, applications, web products, graphics, game assets, and other digital materials.

Products may be offered by Anysourcecode or by independent third-party vendors.

Where a product is offered by an independent vendor, that vendor is responsible for the product information, ownership or licensing rights, technical content, and any specific license terms associated with the product, subject to Anysourcecode's marketplace rules.

Anysourcecode may facilitate transactions, payments, delivery, communication, moderation, dispute handling, and other marketplace functionality.

Accounts

You may be required to create an account to purchase, sell, download, or access certain features.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information;
  • maintain the security of your account;
  • keep your login credentials confidential;
  • not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
  • and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Anysourcecode may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, marketplace policies, applicable law, or the rights of other users.

Marketplace Vendors

Independent vendors may offer products through Anysourcecode.

By submitting or selling a product, a vendor represents and warrants that:

  • they own the product or possess sufficient rights and permissions to distribute and license it;
  • their listing is accurate and not intentionally misleading;
  • the product does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights;
  • the product does not knowingly contain malicious software, hidden harmful functionality, or unauthorized data-collection mechanisms;
  • all third-party components included in the product are used and distributed in accordance with their applicable licenses;
  • and they will comply with applicable laws and Anysourcecode marketplace policies.

Anysourcecode may review, reject, remove, disable, or suspend products where we reasonably believe they violate these requirements.

Product Listings

Product descriptions, screenshots, videos, compatibility information, software versions, feature lists, demos, and other listing materials are intended to help buyers evaluate a product before purchasing.

Buyers should review the complete listing before purchase, including any stated:

  • software or engine version;
  • dependencies;
  • plugins;
  • operating-system requirements;
  • installation requirements;
  • third-party services;
  • supported platforms;
  • license restrictions;
  • and technical knowledge requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not include custom development, installation, modification, migration, publishing, or ongoing technical support.

Licenses

Digital products available on Anysourcecode are not automatically governed by one universal license.

The license applicable to a product may depend on the product, vendor, included files, third-party components, and the licensing information provided in the listing or accompanying documentation.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable license terms before using, modifying, publishing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting a product.

A purchase generally provides a license to use the purchased digital product; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products may contain third-party software, libraries, assets, fonts, graphics, audio, plugins, SDKs, or other components subject to separate licenses. Those third-party license terms remain applicable.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, purchasing a product does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, or make the original source files available as a competing product or downloadable resource.

Demo and Third-Party Assets

Product screenshots, videos, live demos, APKs, preview materials, or promotional content may contain third-party assets or content used for demonstration purposes.

Unless the listing specifically states that such assets are included and licensed for reuse, buyers should not assume that every image, icon, font, video, audio file, character, trademark, or other demo asset is included with commercial-use rights.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that assets used in their final project are appropriately licensed.

Purchases and Payments

Prices are displayed on the marketplace before checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any applicable payment-provider terms.

A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reviewed where necessary for:

  • payment verification;
  • fraud prevention;
  • chargeback prevention;
  • security;
  • compliance;
  • or technical reasons.

Where applicable, taxes, VAT, payment charges, or currency-conversion costs may be calculated separately.

Digital Product Delivery

After a successful payment, purchased digital products are normally made available through the buyer's account or through the delivery method shown for the applicable product.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, fraud checks, vendor-hosted delivery, technical issues, or other circumstances.

Buyers should maintain access to the email address associated with their account.

Download availability, update periods, and access duration may vary depending on the product or marketplace offer.

Updates

Where updates are offered, the availability and duration of those updates may be specified on the listing or purchase terms.

A purchase does not guarantee perpetual updates, compatibility with future software versions, or continued development unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms, game engines, operating systems, SDKs, APIs, plugins, and external services may change over time and may require the buyer to modify or update the purchased product.

Support

Support availability varies by product and vendor.

Unless specifically included in the listing, purchasing a digital product does not guarantee:

  • installation services;
  • customization;
  • feature development;
  • deployment;
  • publishing assistance;
  • migration;
  • third-party SDK integration;
  • or unlimited technical support.

Vendors may voluntarily provide additional support at their discretion or according to the terms stated in the relevant listing.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable Anysourcecode Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Digital Content and Consumer Rights

Digital products supplied through Anysourcecode are generally made available electronically.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, users retain any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted by these Terms.

For consumers located in jurisdictions such as the European Union, additional statutory rights concerning digital content, conformity, remedies, and online marketplace transactions may apply. EU rules specifically provide remedies where digital content is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

Where legally required, information concerning immediate supply of digital content and any effect on a statutory withdrawal right should be presented to the buyer during checkout.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended project before purchasing.

Buyers are also responsible for:

  • maintaining backups;
  • using appropriate development and testing environments;
  • reviewing software requirements;
  • reviewing third-party licenses;
  • securing production systems;
  • obtaining any additional licenses required for third-party assets or services;
  • and testing modifications before deploying them publicly.

Source-code products may require programming, game-development, web-development, server-administration, or other technical knowledge.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use Anysourcecode to:

  • upload or distribute stolen or unauthorized content;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • commit fraud;
  • manipulate payments or refunds;
  • abuse chargeback systems;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • interfere with marketplace security;
  • scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated methods;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • harass or threaten other users;
  • or engage in unlawful activity.

We may investigate and take appropriate action where violations are detected.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

Anysourcecode respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content available through the marketplace infringes your rights, you may submit a notice through the procedures described in our DMCA/copyright policy.

Anysourcecode may remove or restrict access to disputed content and may suspend repeat or serious infringers where appropriate.

Product Removal

Products may be removed from the marketplace because of:

  • copyright or intellectual-property complaints;
  • vendor requests;
  • security concerns;
  • marketplace-policy violations;
  • legal requirements;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • unsupported content;
  • or other reasonable operational reasons.

Removal of a product from future sale does not necessarily mean that the product was unlawful or defective.

Access to previously purchased items may also be affected where continued distribution would violate applicable law, third-party rights, security requirements, or a binding legal obligation.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the marketplace and users from abuse, malicious activity, and security threats.

However, no software, source-code marketplace, network, download, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely free from vulnerabilities or technical issues.

Users should review, test, and secure software before deploying it to production environments.

Third-Party Services

Products may integrate or depend upon third-party services such as:

  • advertising networks;
  • analytics platforms;
  • game engines;
  • payment services;
  • cloud services;
  • social networks;
  • authentication providers;
  • APIs;
  • SDKs;
  • plugins;
  • or external servers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Anysourcecode does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, compatibility, policies, or functionality.

Changes made by a third-party service may require modifications to a purchased product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products are provided subject to the descriptions, warranties, consumer rights, and other obligations required by applicable law.

Except where expressly stated or required by law, Anysourcecode does not guarantee that every product will be compatible with every hardware configuration, software version, third-party service, operating system, development environment, or future technology.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anysourcecode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from misuse of a product, unauthorized modifications, unsupported environments, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy

The collection and processing of personal information is governed by the Anysourcecode Privacy Policy.

Creating an account does not by itself constitute consent to receive optional marketing emails where separate consent is required by applicable law.

Users may manage or withdraw marketing preferences through the methods provided by Anysourcecode.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Anysourcecode where reasonably necessary because of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • fraud or suspected fraud;
  • payment abuse;
  • intellectual-property infringement;
  • malicious activity;
  • account security concerns;
  • legal requirements;
  • or conduct that creates significant risk to Anysourcecode or other users.

Where appropriate and legally required, users may be provided with notice or an opportunity to respond.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • marketplace functionality;
  • legal requirements;
  • payment systems;
  • security practices;
  • business operations;
  • or marketplace policies.

Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where required by law, additional notice will be provided.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired by users under applicable law.

Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Refund Policy;
  • DMCA / Copyright Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • and other marketplace policies that apply to specific services or transactions.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory legal requirements prevail.
